Samsung Quietly Confirms a Key Upgrade for the Galaxy S26 Ultra

A new listing on Samsung’s website has revealed a 60W power adapter, strongly indicating that the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra will finally receive faster charging. The charger, spotted by insider @yabhishekhd, carries the model number EP-T6010NBEGWW and appears just weeks before the expected launch. No current Samsung device supports 60W, so the timing of this accessory leaves little doubt about its purpose.

The adapter uses USB Power Delivery 3.1, an upgrade over the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s 45W PD 3.0 standard, enabling higher and more efficient charging speeds. It also includes Smart IC tech to reduce idle power consumption. While the S26 Ultra is expected to keep its 5,000mAh battery, the shift to 60W charging, alongside the more efficient Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and new M14 display material, should noticeably improve overall endurance. Recent leaks point to a late-January unveiling, and the charger listing further supports that timeline.
