The color options for the Oppo Find X9 Ultra have surfaced, and the influence of Apple is hard to miss

It seems Apple underestimated how popular its orange finish would become. If they had predicted the demand, the color might not have been limited to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 17 Pro, but also extended to models like the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air. More likely, this was a deliberate move to push buyers toward higher-end devices.

The Cosmic Orange shade has proven to be extremely popular, with some users reportedly choosing Pro models specifically for that color.

For those who prefer Android, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra offers a compelling alternative. The official unveiling is expected on April 21, with an initial launch in China followed by a global rollout before summer.

According to leaks, the device will be available in at least two colors:

• Canyon Orange
• Tundra Umber

There are also rumors of a lighter, possibly white version, though no renders have appeared yet.

On the hardware side, this is a true flagship. The camera system is expected to feature a 200 MP Sony LYT-901 main sensor, a dual telephoto setup (including another 200 MP unit), and a 50 MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera is also said to be 50 MP.

Powering the device will likely be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a 7,050 mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging and running on ColorOS 16. The display is expected to be a 6.82-inch OLED panel.
