Although the Find X8 Ultra just launched and the new model likely won’t arrive before April 2026, Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station has shared early info about the Find X9 Ultra’s camera and specs.
The Find X9 Ultra will feature an upgraded camera system and a newer chipset. While the Find X8 Ultra runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, the next model will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, expected to debut in September.
The biggest change is the camera setup. The Find X9 Ultra will keep four cameras but with much larger sensors. Its main camera is rumored to be an impressive 200 MP, supported by a 50 MP ultra-wide lens and two periscope telephoto cameras with 200 MP and 50 MP sensors.
For comparison, the Find X8 Ultra uses four 50 MP cameras. The 200 MP main sensor on the Find X9 Ultra will also serve as a macro lens and offer 10x optical zoom.
Earlier reports also mention a 6.82-inch OLED display with 2K+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The phone will run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, expected soon after Google’s official Android 16 release.
With major upgrades in camera and processor, plus an improved display, the Find X9 Ultra will be a strong rival to Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series.
Though the Find X9 Ultra may stay exclusive to China, a global variant with slightly different specs is likely. It remains unclear if the international model will match the power of the Chinese version.
