Pixel 10 Pro images leak ahead of official launch

Images from a commercial shoot for the Pixel 10 Pro have surfaced, even though the phone is expected to launch in August. A user on X, @MarksGonePublic, captured photos of a commercial titled "Ask more of your phone," a phrase fitting Google’s style. The storyboard reveals the Pixel 10 Pro, distinguishable from the regular Pixel 10 by its temperature sensor.

The storyboard offers a detailed shot-by-shot plan for the commercial, helping the production team visualize the scenes. Normally used in film and animation, storyboards are crucial for ad shoots too. @MarksGonePublic also shared some photos from the shoot, but his X account has since been taken down, likely due to Google’s intervention.

Design-wise, the Pixel 10 Pro closely resembles the Pixel 9 Pro. The major upgrade is inside: Google’s first fully custom-designed application processor, the Tensor G5. Google moved away from Samsung’s Exynos chips and foundry, choosing TSMC’s advanced 3nm N3E manufacturing node instead.

This custom chip could unlock new, exclusive features for the Pixel 10 series. With seven years of system updates promised, Google may focus on standout applications to encourage upgrades.

The Pixel 10 lineup is expected to be revealed at the Made by Google event in August, including the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and potentially the third foldable, Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
